Welcome. Sure, you already know all about computer science, physics, mathematics,
yadda yadda yadda. But can you explain it to your boss in terms that won't
explode his managerial head? More importantly, can you use your big, bulging
brains to land dates? No, seriously? Okay, then. Intellectual Icebergs
is for you. Join us, semi-weekly-to-monthly, as we explore topics ranging from
cryptography and subatomic physics to geek dating tips and partyology.
Intellectual Icebergs: helping to reveal the geek god inside of you!
Latest changes to the site now include a Frappr map. We've spent a lot of time marveling at the
broad range of people who have written in telling us how much they enjoy our show, and now you can
add yourself to the list and see who else is on there. We also now have a
MySpace page. We thought long and hard about the
trendiness of having a MySpace page, then decided what the heck, might as well.
You can still vote for your favorite
episodes and segments. Popularity of using the voting tool has not yet reached
the point where it's worth incorporating into the front page, but with a little more
participation, we'll see. I'm waiting until every episode has a reasonable number
of votes on it.
If you like our podcast, give others the chance to notice us. Since egregious
vote-pimping is the only way for a podcast to become well known at this time,
we're asking everyone to
visit our entry on Podcast Alley and vote us up. Clicking the convenient
button on the left of this page will also vote us up on Digital Podcasting, where we're also listed.
We appreciate your support.
